Natural Hydration with Harmless Harvest Organic Coconut Water

Harmless Harvest has been my summer thirst quencher! And I know I will be reaching for it during cold and flu season.

I’ve been wanting to try Harmless Harvest for some time now, but to be honest, I wasn’t a big fan of coconut water which was the main reason for my hesitation.

The Benefits of Coconut Water

Coconut water contains naturally occurring electrolytes–replenishes hydration, potassium–helpful for proper muscle and nerve function, and phosphorus–improves energy levels, plays a role in building strong teeth and bones, and can detox the urinary system.

So, what really pushed me to purchase? My baby girl started teething, which triggered a fever. Therefore, I wanted to keep her hydrated with a natural product. Harmless Harvest to the rescue.

Harmless Harvest tastes like coconut water (duh), but also vanilla birthday cake [IMO]. I know it may sound weird, but it does! Besides the cake, here’s a little more about why I chose this brand.

  1. USDA Organic –> This label is more important than a NonGMO label. Organic products are treated without harmless fertilizers and pesticides.
  2. No Synthetic Dyes: That’s right, that fairytale pink color is au naturale. I remember growing up in The Bahamas, this pink color could be found under the tops of coconuts.
  3. No Added Sugar: There is just 1 Ingredient: Organic Coconut Water.

My favorite way to drink Harmless Harvest is cold. I pour half coconut water and half water.

Though I haven’t tried any of their other products, finding your favorite shouldn’t be hard as Harmless Harvest provides several options.
